UNHAPPY WITH ABSA CAR INSURANCE

On the 3rd of May i complained to ABSA regarding the courtesy car and I was told panel beater will get back to me, they took me to the panel beater of their choice and now i am being told that they cant get hold of the panel beater and I have to return the car tomorrow...This is unacceptable ABSA is so ridiculous
