Unfairness!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Catharina Mokoena, residing in Vosloorus. The year 2015 I bought a Mercedes Benz C200. It was covered with Idirect insurance from ABSA. Within a month it was involved in an accident. It was driven my son idirect refused to pay me. They said my son was driving the car more than me. They got the wrong information from my neighbor who owns a tarven and we are not in good terms. So i felt that I was treated badly by the assessor from Idirect.
