Unfair Rewards

I have been a policy holder with ABSA Activate for over a year now. I have always gotten cashback with their rewards program as a result of good driving. For the last 2 months now I have gotten less than 1% cashback even with good driving scores with no explanation at all. I have been unable to get any assistance regarding this as when I try to call it says they're experiencing high call volumes.
