Unfair Practice

ABSA Insurance

I had a break in and ABSA sent an approved service provide to assess and submit a quote. ABSA is happy to pay the service provide that they choice however say to me their client that they are unable to provide me with the amount that was quoted.

I asked for a cash pay out and was told that I now should re send a quote. the question why the double job, If the insurance is sitting with a quote and was happy to pay their choosen service provide , why can I not be paid that amount. Why the need to re quote. Insures are measured by the easy in with they pay out. Here is is disappointing. I still need to work after the work is done. It has been over 2 weeks now and I sit in an unsafe house that was burgled. My door does not close , My gate does not lock and I need to get a quote while my insurer is sitting with one and ready to pay their chosen service provider but not me.

all I want is a cash payment so that I can get the job done by someone I trust
