Unfair outcome on my claim
The outcome of my claim has been rejected again and I was told the insurance does not cover the boundary wall. To my surprise why was I not informed when I lodge the claim and worse the assessor was sent to my house to do assessments.
My question now why was there no transparency from the beginning. I was given false hope and need redress on the matter.
