UNFAIR INCREASE ON PREMIUM

I note with shock yet another increase on my premiums without any consultation or notification. The last time same thing happened i was told this is because of the claims i made against the policy. I wonder what the reason for the increase of about 13% on my premiums. I warn clients to regularly check their bank statements and not be surprised like me.
