Unfair claim rejection. DO NOT USE ABSA IDIRECT

The most unfair insurance ever. My vehicle was taken without my permission and was involved in an accident. The vehicle was written off and case was opened against the perpetrator. Absa was furnished with the AR and docket from SAPS. 35 days into the claim they eventually got back to me stating that the claim was rejected because the vehicle was traveling at a high speed. The perpetrator pleaded guilty in court yet absa want to argue that the vehicle was traveling at a high speed. It is on record that the driver at the time of incident was not authorized to. I highly do not recommend Absa idirect. Im also switching my home insurance and personal banking to another company.
