unfair claim dispute.

Good day.

I would like to lay a complain against Absa insurance after of paying a funeral cover they have refused to pay my claim as i have lost the family memeber that was insured it is only now at claims stage that Absa insurance has rejected my claim amd stated that im not related to the deceased. Im utterly dissapointed its a lesson never to cover loved once with a bank as its all about the money and no empathy or sympathy.

Can i kindly have all my premiums from inception back if my claim is not being paid because i did not lie about my relation with the deceased. Absa decided to accept cover and take it on their books knowing that they will say im mot related to the deceased as they say. Absa is a **** and i want my premiums back.
