Unbelievable - Dissatisfying and Disappointing customer service... for Idirect!!!

*** - I cancelled my Idirect Car and Home content insurance the 3rd February 2023 - Via the their cancellation mail address as per Ref - C-***3. To-date i have not received any feedback.. I have made various calls to the Iderect line and only once spoke to a Lerato who was suppose to call me with confirmation that the policy has cancelled... and how i will be getting my refund of the month i was charged... My policy is still not cancelled as per Idirect helpdesk and recently received an SMS remidning me on my next Premium. It is very disappointing to receive such service from such a huge Banking Org!! I do not remember signing an Indefinate insurance contract... When I eventually got hold of someone from retentions the 23rd Feb 2023, she sound less Interested that a client is leaving... Our call got terminated and no audecity to call back and retention!!!!
