UNAUTHORIZED DOUBLE DEBIT! URGENT REFUND!

On the day I got my car I was met with multiple car insurance quotes and I took a leap of faith with Absa thinking "it's a reputable bank" surely they should be of good service. Fast forward 5 months down the line they double debit me inconsistent amounts of money that don't even match my premium. I immediately took it up with them and it's been a hell of a ride to date. Everyday I call in I get to speak someone who gives me a different story that leaves me frustrated and more confused. It's shocking the incompetence of these people and the bravery to ***** from their clients. I want my refund and to cancel my insurance! Horrible Horrible experience!
