UNAUTHORISED CREDIT INQUIRY

I was called shortly after my finance application for an insurance offer, in which the agent explained the process on the phone, he then asked if he could do a credit check, I refused to as I would prefer to wait until my application was fully approved.

I see now that you guys have made an enquire on my report, out of my permission.

Please remove it as soon as possible as it still adds to my record.
