Unathorised debit order upon cancelation of a policy

Absa idirect debited my account on the 16th of September 2025 for a vehicle policy that was terminated on the 12th of August 2025 and my bank account was debited on the 15th of August 2025 and there is a cancelation letter to that effect. I have been with Absa idirect since 2013 and have never defaulted whatsoever I dont understand this ********* activity. I am disappointed because I had to drive to branch only to be put through a call centre for assistance that's absurd. My policy number is ***
