Unanswered calls, lies and manipulation

My name is Innocentia. I have an insurace with Absa idirect and I have been dissatisfied wih their services and have been trying to cancel. Now the issue is that they do not answer their calls and when they do, the minute I tell them I want to cancel, they either cut the call or take my ID Number and say they are trasfering me to the cancellation department of which they never do. Instead I end up hanging up the call. This is ********* and wrong in all forms. I just want to cancel this insurance please!!!!
