Unanswered calls from active by absa

It’s been more than 4 weeks trying to contact active via phone and everyday I hold for more than 10 minutes. So today I managed to get hold of them and the agent said he is transferring me and I had to hold for more than 15 minutes to no answer. My reason for calling them is because the telematics divide on our car is not functioning so I was reporting it. Now I wonder what will happen if something happens to the car.
