Unacceptable Service from ABSA

I have been waiting since 11/01/2024 for Absa to appoint a capable contractor to assess the damage regarding ref ***. They did appoint Tazoe Construction but they appear to be too busy or not interested. They are unable to confirm a date and time. When I called Tazoe Construction they said they will let me know but I have not heard from them since.

I called Absa Insurance on 15/01/2024 for an update on the resultant damage regarding the ref ***. The consultant who answered the call wanted to put me on hold. I asked him to call me back, which he promised to do but never did.

I sent them an email thereafter stating that if I do not get feedback I will post my experience on Hellopeter.com.....well they could not be bothered as I did not receive any feedback yet. It seems their only purpose is to annoy their customers.
