*****ulent policy cancellations

ABSA activate - car insurance keep on canceling my policy without notifying me. They have been collecting monthly premiums but due to their system errors are failing to collect this month's debit order. Their *********** staff, specially the Collecting department are unable resolve the matter for 2 weeks now. Other reviews on Hellopeter are complaining about the same problem. Why ABSA activate can't resolve the matter or least send communication to clients about their system errors. This is reckless from ABSA, as I drive around thinking my cars are insured whereas they are not. In my opinion, ABSA car insurance is pulling tricks to avoid paying out claims when required.
