*****ulent Debt Order, no approval no Debbi Check ref C-***5. Visited the bank told to Phoned ***** line, transferred from one department back to ***** line 7 times no joy. I sent various emails only then got a ref number but still no feedback since 3 July. SHOCKING SERVICE PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED
