Trying to cancel Absa Insurance for 4 months

My father has cancelled his Absa Home Insurance more than 4 months ago, and they are still deducting his monthly premium, and he is paying the new insurance company...so paying two insurance companies for one house...while being a pensioner. He has phoned multiple times, he has spoken to various different people, with no result...monthly they continue to deduct the cancelled policy's premium. So be advised...once you join Absa Insurance, it seems like you are stuck with them for life, as it is impossible to get them to sufficiently cancel a policy and also refund the months of deducted premiums.
