Top-notch and excellent customer service.

I've been talking to the insurance company for over 6 if not 7 months looking for car insurance cover but everytime it was either the confirmation of cover not sent or the premiums we agreed on was not correct and unfortunately I couldn't cancel my policy with my current insurer. I recently spoke to Priscilla Bookholane, as I had the same issues of incorrect information and wrong premiums, etc. She managed to resolve the matter within a few hours, and i have received policy documents with correct information. She really made the process a walk in the park, and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and always had answers ready to all my questions.

I had already referred to *AIC* some of my family members who have been crying over high premiums and excesses from different insurers, and they have taken covers and now happy at **AIC**. Now, after having pleasure of talking to Priscilla yesterday and today, I will refer more people...
