I submitted a claim to Absa regarding my swimming pool that cracked at the deep end, My claim was rejected by Absa. I also send that to Absa a while ago. I resend this to Absa a few times before. A lady Simone handled this case all she said claim was rejected. Pity I cannot attached Absa rejection letter and my quote that I got from Ambassadors Pools here and their reason for the pool that cracked differs from that of Absa. Who do you believe? Why does a person have insurance? now the pool is in a worse state as Absa rejected the claim when it needed to be fixed.
