Timely resolution of grievance
I would like to take this opportunity to thank idirect for attending to my grievance regarding my premiums so timeously. I was at first sceptical regarding the escalation of my grievance but to my surprise it was attended to without me lifting my finger to call regarding an update of the case.
Thank you to Mbalizethu Ngoobo as well for managing to decrease my premiums.
