Claimed from absa idirect in Dec. Claim finalized and all. Oct I receive an email from ge 3rd party insurance. They have been unsuccessful in getting responses from Absa regarding 3rd party claims. Now they want to summon me (absa client) to be liable for the 3rd party claim which I'm covered for by absa. Reached out to absa and was directed to forward concerns via ***. Got an automated reply that a consultant will call me back. 12 days later. No response, no call back. Called absa today, spoke to Katlego Malebane/Mabalane who promised to escalate the matter and cc me on the email. Hours later I am still waiting to receive the email.
