They don’t payout cash backs

I shouldn’t even be giving one star but there’s no option for no star. I’ve been waiting for my cash back since June and it’s almost November now. I get having a backlog but for 5 months come on that’s just disgusting your clients. Your call centre agents tell lies, they have given me multiple dates of when I will receive the money and still nothing,some take my number and don’t call back and some just plain out hang up the calls. I have been given multiple stories I’m tired. I’m so disappointed in your service ABSA didn’t expect this from such a big financial institution 😡
