They do not attend to requests

My insurance has increased and I called them to ask for a review of my policy. They totally ignored my calls until my airtime finished. I then decided to go with another company and they have also made it hard to cancel their policy. I have been waiting for an agent to call so that the policy is officially cancelled and that no debit goes off my account but of course this has been ignored.
