THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS
i have been calling them for 4 days in order to make relevant changes to my insurance policy that i KNOW will affect my claims (if any) in future. yet THEY DO NOT ANSWER the phone. how is this possible ??? I am now on day 5 of calling but to CANCEL my policy
