Theft by Absa insurance!

I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the conduct of ABSA insurance. This company continues to debit my account every month without authorisation, which is equal to committing a crime. I have numerously requested for a cancellation of the insurance policy because they are terrible with communication, they fail to take a simple instruction or respond to an email. People need to be aware of the ********ity that is done by this bank and not sign up for their insurance policies because they will loot your account and you can't stop them. I've requested my bank to stop them but they've indicated that they can't, I need to request absa to cancel. Now I am subjected to paying my bank reversal fees every month because of absa's ********ity.
