The retention department is very good

The retention department is very good. They are what banking used to be a decade ago. Customer care and prioritizing clients needs over just driving sales. I was assisted by a lady who was very helpful and professional by the name of Lucia. I have been with the insurer for seven years now and I am happy with the service.
