Thank you to Complaints Dept and Basani Hlungwane

Thank you to the Complaints department and specifically to Basani Hlungwane for sorting out my claim.

I find the ABSA Complaints department to be excellent. It's just a pity that I have to resort to them every time to get a claim paid out. I wish ABSA can implement upstream thinking and get the other departments to do their jobs properly the first time around, then the Complaints department can get their well-deserved break.
