I had just received an email indicating my premium annual increase and as furious as I was over the amount Absa was gonna be deducting. I called Absa idirect call centre and was transferred to the Retention department where I was assisted by the friendliest consultant named Thabiso Letsoala. I am rating this young man's service 5stars because, WOW thats the service I received from him. He managed to help reduce my monthly premium as I have been with Absa idirect for over a year now.
