I would like to commend Nqobilo for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to help me with a refund I've been waiting for since April. Her friendly and professional manner made all the difference.
The call centre agents are always wonderful and try to assist as best they can. The problem comes from deeper inside from those who don't interact with the customers directly..
