Although the process was quite lengthy and, in my opinion, could be improved to make it easier for customers to access their information, Aminah remained professional, friendly, patient, and willing to help every step of the way.

Her excellent customer service turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. She never rushed me, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I was able to successfully obtain the documents I needed.
