Thank you ABSA idirect - Wonderful Service

ABSA Idirect Insurance company gives their customers 6 free Uber riders a year. On the 17th February 2023 (late in the evening) I needed to use the Uber service via them. I was assisted by a lovely lady named Kgomotso Rampai who stayed with me on the line until the driver came to collect me. I was dropped off around 00:30 (on the 18th). Once I got to my house, she gave me a call again to determine whether I travelled safe. This was the best service I received this year. Thanks to Kgomotso Rampai and her supervisor (I don't know his/her name) who assisted me that day. Thank you so much.
