I was helped by Sivuyile Ntlemeza. Helped me sign up for full cover, even advised me on how to better my cover. When I needed to claim I was in such a panic ND immediately emailed him just after 7am, by 8am he had responded and by 9am my claim was through and an agent was at my gate.
