Terrible service: claim ***

Tha service from Absa has been rediculous. After calling time and time again to advise that gate that was repaired is still not working.. They refuse to assist to send out a service provider to assist. When someone did come out it weeks later and they still are awaiting a report... We are pensioners and struggle to open and close the gate and leaves us at a huge security risk. We have asked for this matter to be escalated to management and even they do not get back to you....we will be holding Absa liable should there be any incidents... I do expect that a manager contact me urgently regarding this matter...
