Terrible service and waste of time.

I wa called by one of their agent promising to save me money. I told Him upfront He will not be able to do better than my current cover, He insisted on wasting my time and I allowed Him.

He gave me cover that is almost double in cost and He told me I will get 55% discount.

I have not received the discount and I am unable to cancel the policy. Their telephones are always busy and they never respond to emails.

I am currently waiting for them to touch my funds in my bank account, I am going to the OSTI, they did not even follow the proper procedures of advice when replacing a financial product.

Be careful people.
