Terrible Service and No Follow-Through

I’ve been trying to log a claim for three days now, and it’s been a complete nightmare! Every time I call, I’m stuck on hold for so long that I’m forced to hang up. I’ve requested callbacks multiple times, but not a single one has happened! All I’ve gotten are useless reference numbers—no real help at all. This is beyond frustrating!
