Terrible service and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Very disappointed with Activate by Absa as they are very unresponsive to customer queries. When you log a query via the app , they give you a reference number and do not get back to you( I have been waiting for a response since April 2024). When you try to call them on *** no one is ever available to assist you. Often the telematic devices issued by their 3rd parties are problematic. I've had to go back 3 times to ensure that it is working as it should.
