Terrible service

I am really frustrated with Absa Idirect insurance, My house was flooded on the 1st Jan 2021 and absa did all the repairs but the problem is the electricity and paint is swollen. The plugs kept on tripping since the job was done until today. Now problem is worse even the lights are tripping and I have reported the problem by emails no one is coming back to me, but Iam paying huge premiun for everything ie. cars, house contents, building etc
