Terrible service
My vehicle was ****** on 20 May 2025. I was given a hire car as per my insurance. On the 2nd June 2025 the absa assessor arrived to check the validity of my claim. I have asked for feedback and phoned for assistance and told I can only speak to him. I have phoned and what's upped and have not been given any proper answers. Today is the 20th June 2925. 1 month and no payout. This is not acceptable at all.
