Terrible service

I currently have two vehicle policies with Absa Activate. I've been trying to get a quote on their app and website, but the system doesn't select the vehicle use option on the app, and on the website, it doesn't want to register a new quote. I've called them for four days in a row, and they kept saying that they will send the quote manually, but no one did. I'm about to take possession of my new car, and I can't afford for it not to be insured.
