Terrible insurance

I have been trying to call since this morning to put in a claim for an accident that happened this morning but they would just hang up or pretend to not hear me. I've been calling since 07:30 and the incident has still not been reported. I'm really considering switching to another insurer. If they're this bad for such a small incident, i can't imagine if something more serious could've happened.
