Terrible communication from claim consultant

Hi, if I could give -0 rating I would. We having been dealing with a claim for a few months. The consultant assigned does absolutely nothing to help. Always leaving notes. But does not get back to me. On top of it I call the call centre ask to speak to him and he is on a call with a client. My frustration is beyond me with this service.
