Terrible claim experience

Absa insurance is by far the worst insurance I've ever had to deal with. THIER CLIENT ran a red light and completely totaled my car and they want to offer a payment thats not even enough to fix a door!!!!! When I call to lodge a complaint they drop the call on me mid transfer and when I try and speak to their advisors on that claim the completely disregard me and try to intimidate me by insurance lingo that they assume I don't understand. I will be going to the ombatsman to take this further. They have affected my livelihood and are forcing ME to take liability for an accident that I was completely not at fault for! They keep applying undo pressure for me to accept thier offer when they know that it is not even close to what they are meant to pay. They are ********* in thier practices and honestly *********** in thier approach.
