I would like to say I share the same sentiments previously written regarding ABSA Activate Insurance, I. Have had the same issue since April 2024 and till date my App is not working, my telematic device is also not working which is revolting I drive around in fear because I am not any different from not being insured. QUOTE “ABSA Activate. Absa activate...again...more issues. A few months ago I had issues with the payment of my activate rewards but thankfully that was sorted out but for the past month the app has not been working at all...showing that I have zero rewards and my policy info is empty...like I have no insurance...how do I submit a claim or do anything related to my Absa Activate insurance if the app is not working...the app has had issues since I joined Activate in April this year because the issues that I had with the rewards was also app related...so they told me. So when will the Activate app and insurance be something that ABSA can be proud of because at the moment it is dragging the ABSA name through the mud” I am truly devastated.
