TERIBBLE SERVICEI WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY

I have sent them an email because I have been trying to call them since Monday to cancel my policy, but I stood on the line for almost an hour with no answer. Then I decided to send them an email in which I was given a reference number of C-***5 and I was advised someone would call me back as soon as possible to provide feedback. Today is Thursday, and I am still waiting. I even sent a follow-up email before 12 today and still no feed. The worst service ever.
