Tenacious Customer Service Delivery
I dealt with Nelson regarding a debit order discrepancy issue on my ABSA Activate Insurance policy. His professionalism is exemplary and can be used in training other costumer service consultants. He is analytical in reading the context and background of an issue. And presenting findings and solutions in a an understandable manner. His calmness and level headed approach is appreciated and diffuses all unsettlement. Thanks Nelson.
