Tebicile Sithole Customer Care at ABSA Insurance

Tebicile Sithole really helped me sort out the issues I have been having with ABSA. The customer care I received today was good compared to the horrible three months I have had with ABSA. I am rating Tebicile and not the company and thank you Tebicile for your understanding and listening to my complaints. It would have been even better if you were in charge of the admin department because then I would have received the requested documents as well. I am not holding my breath for the admin department to get back to me ASAP either.
