SWIFT AND EXCELLENCE SERVICE
I called in for a review of my policy premium and was transferred to Lucia Mbanjwa who within a space of less than 5 minutes got to bring down the expected premium. Swift and excellence service provided in a professional manner. She also transferred me to the claims department to lodge a new claim. Nomthandazo also provided an excellent service
