I’m giving 1 star because I urgently needed a copy of my policy document to confirm my car is insured for WesBank. I tried calling—no answer. Then I emailed, and the only response I got was:
“Good day, Please note we are unable to retrieve your policy.”
The app also doesn’t show the policy or let me download any statements. If no one can (1) locate the policy and (2) provide the document I need, I’ll be forced to cancel. Completely unacceptable service.
