Pleasantly surprised to find a real diamond by the name of Mbalizethu at ABSA Idirect. She is one of a kind and deserves all the accolades for superb customer services. I sincerely hope that ABSA management take note that she can teach the entire ABSA a thing or two about what real customer experience should be.
